Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS
Company means the business providing restoration and vehicle hire services. Customer means the
person or organisation using those services. Vehicle means any vehicle supplied for hire.
Restoration Services means repair, restoration, fabrication, maintenance, detailing, or related work.
2. GENERAL
These terms apply to all restoration services and vehicle hire agreements. By booking services or
hiring a vehicle, the Customer agrees to these terms.
3. CLASSIC CAR RESTORATION SERVICES
Quotations are estimates unless stated otherwise. Additional work discovered during restoration
may incur additional charges. Deposits may be required and may become non-refundable once
work has commenced or parts have been ordered.
Customer-supplied parts are fitted at the Customer's risk. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left
uncollected after completion. The Company may retain possession of a vehicle until invoices are
paid in full.
4. PAYMENTS
Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period. Late payments may incur interest and
recovery costs where permitted by law.
5. WARRANTIES
Workmanship may be warranted for a stated period. Warranty exclusions include wear and tear,
accidents, misuse, unauthorised repairs, and customer-supplied parts.
6. VEHICLE HIRE TERMS
Drivers must meet licence, age, and insurance requirements. A refundable security deposit may be
required. Vehicles must be returned in the agreed condition, fuel level, and at the agreed time.
The vehicle must not be used for racing, illegal activities, or by unauthorised drivers.
7. ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately. Customers may be liable for repair
costs, insurance excesses, and related losses as permitted by law.
8. EVENTS, WEDDINGS, FILMING, AND
PHOTOGRAPHY
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed in circumstances outside the Company's control, including
severe weather, road closures, or mechanical failures.
9. INSURANCE
Vehicle hire remains subject to the applicable insurance policy and its terms, exclusions, and
excesses.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law. Otherwise, liability is
limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant service.
11. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate services or vehicle hire where these terms are breached.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company
operates.
